“I know Archie goes to the school and that they didn’t even know they were leaving until everyone else found out.

“They’ve been told, ‘Don’t hold a place for him as he’s not coming back any time soon’.

“They were waiting a while for Archie to get into the school in England.

“He wasn’t accepted for ages, but the moment he was, they practically left the next day.

At her £8million Provencal-style home, interior designer Penny Bianchi  revealed that even the teachers at seven-year-old  Archhie  and five-year-old  Lilibet's  school were kept in the dark.

Penny, 79, whose home directly borders Oprah Winfrey's  sprawling estate, said the couple didn’t appear to have told anyone about their departure — including the exclusive £20,000-a-year school which their children attended.

She told The Sun: “My grandchildren go to the same school and my son is an alumnus so I get all my gossip from there.

Mother Teresa was a Roman Catholic saint and whenever her name comes up, one is reminded of unconditional love, compassion and selfless service to those in need. Born as Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu in 1910, she developed strong religious inclinations at the young age of 18. She came to India in 1929 and spent a good number of years teaching history and geography at a convent school in Calcutta.

On a train journey in 1946, she saw poverty and suffering and this is what evoked a realization in her that she wants to live among those in need in slums and help them. She eventually went on to found the Missionaries of Charity and her motto in life became to care for the hungry, homeless, cripples and all those people who felt unwanted, unloved and uncared for.

Mother Teresa was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979 for alleviating suffering from the lives of many people. She became a symbol of peace and humanitarianism. Her words continue to inspire many and shall always do. Once she said, “If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”

No Royal Duties for Sussex's

 King Charles sent a clear message following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to Britain: they remain private citizens and will not undertake official royal duties. Their return to the country does not mean a return to the Royal Family as working royals.

At the King’s direction, the Lord Chamberlain sent an official letter to selected senior figures across government, the military and the Lord Lieutenancies, confirming that there has been no change to the current status of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The official letter reiterates that, since January 2020, the couple have ceased carrying out official duties on behalf of the Sovereign and are not working members of the Royal Family.

Their HRH styles remain in abeyance and are not used. Their charitable activities are considered private and are carried out solely in their personal capacity.

Harry and Meghan’s office will continue to operate separately from the Royal Household, while any matters relating to their security should be directed to the relevant authorities.

The letter was sent following the couple’s return to Britain for an extended stay, after a number of requests for clarification regarding their status.

While the letter confirms that there has been no change to their official status, Prince Harry was also seen publicly in London following his return, visiting Tower Bridge Studios in central London.

While the Duchess of Sussex is believed to be ‘in talks’ for a new acting role, she is also continuing to work on her lifestyle brand As Ever.

To celebrate the new chapter of their lives, Meghan announced that her brand would be selling a new sparkling win within a matter of days. The Duchess shared two photos of the new tipple in a bucket of ice alongside a caption about the new bubbly.

The Reserve Brut marks the latest addition to As Ever’s drinks line-up, with Meghan’s brand previously launching a Napa Valley rosé that reportedly sold out within an hour in the US.

It is believed that while she is now based in the UK, the sparkling wine - like her other As Ever products - won’t be available for a UK audience to buy, as the brand only ships to the United States.

Duke and Duchess are planning to remain in Britain for an ‘extended stay’, with rumours swirling that the Sussex family are settling in the Cotswolds, with Archie and Lilibet enrolled in UK schools to start the new year this week.

Both Archie and Lilibet can start in UK education in September. He is at Prep School age, and she is eligible for Year One.

Sussex sources would not reveal where they will be enrolled, nor where the family will be living, citing privacy and security reasons.

However The Sun understands the family’s new accommodation is not a royal property

It is unclear if they have bought their UK home or will rent.

Harry has previously claimed it was unsafe to bring his family back home. He has fought a multi-million pound legal campaign to force the Government to return his 24-hour armed guards.

After a devastating court loss  18 months ago  he said: “I can’t see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point.”

 Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning an extended move back to the United Kingdom from the United States, six years after stepping down from royal duties. Their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are enrolled in British schools for the term starting in September, and the family will live in a private residence outside London. 

The   King and entire Royal Family has been blindsided by Prince Harry  and Meghan’s bombshell plans to move back to the UK - with Charles only told about them three days ago, royal sources have said.

The Sussexes are returning to the UK later this month – making their home in a non-royal residence outside of London – and have already enrolled Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in British schools. It is understood Harry and Meghan's plans would have been months in the making, however the King, who has had a rocky relationship with his younger son, was only made aware of the move on Sunday.

They are expected to remain financially independent and continue their commercial and charitable work, while Harry is not expected to undertake official royal duties. They are retaining their home in Montecito, California as well as their holiday home in Portugal.

The King, who is still living with cancer, was first made aware of the move on Sunday, only three days before it was made public, but is understood to welcome the opportunity to see more of the family both in a private and personal capacity.

The King is expected to head to Balmoral any day now, and preparations for his arrival are well underway.

The Castle doors have now closed to members of the public, the residence announced on Monday, though the gift shop and cafe will remain open during certain hours.

The grounds are expected to reopen for autumn from early October.

Balmoral has been a beloved residence for the royal family for generations, and it's where the late Queen Elizabeth II spent her final days. 

Prince Albert first purchased the estate, which is nestled within the Cairngorms National Park, for Queen Victoria in 1852. 

It now serves as a private sanctuary for the royals to spend their summer in the Scottish Highlands each year.

It was confirmed at the start of August that the King had left England and would slowly be making his way to Balmoral. 

He began with a trip to the Mey Highland Games, where he got into the spirit by enjoying a dram of whisky. He also visited Caithness in the Scottish Highlands. 

The King was most recently seen in public in Dingwall in the Scottish Highlands last Friday, meeting locals while wearing a traditional Scottish kilt. 

Every year, the King and Queen retreat to the 50,000-acre estate Balmoral in Aberdeenshire. Typically, other members of the royal family will come to visit, including the Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children. 

The King and Queen usually stay at Birkhall, an 18th-century home in the grounds, so that the main castle can be used for larger family gatherings.

The Prime Minister also tends to visit the monarch for a weekend retreat in the late summer, meaning Andy Burnham may stay there for the first time in his new role.

Meghan Markle hits back after Martha Stewart said duchess dropped dinner party gossip about trip to King Charles - as insider claims cooking star 'must have been confused'

Meghan Markle has denied chatting about her reunion with the King at a California  dinner party attended by fellow lifestyle guru  Martha Stewart,

Ms Stewart, whom some claim Meghan wants to usurp as the world's best-known homemaker, said the former actress had been briefing fellow diners about her family's trip to the UK to see Prince  Harry's father at a recent soiree.

But a source close to the Duchess of Sussex claimed Martha 'must have been confused' because the pair were not seated near one another.

She claimed Meghan was openly 'talking about' her visit to Highgrove to see KIng Charles.

'I know she was,' she insisted.

Last month, the Sussexes had a private family reunion with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House during a chaotic trip to the UK. 

Harry had reportedly agreed not to speak publicly about the visit and that no photographs would be shared. Meghan's Instagram post on the trip shared a number of intimate family moments - but nothing from Highgrove.

Today, a source close to the Duchess insisted she did not discuss the UK visit at all, saying only that she had enjoyed a nice holiday in Europe.

The insider said: 'Meghan was asked by someone else about her European vacation and said it was nice, and that was the extent of it. I think she must have been confused.'

The Sussexes are said to be frustrated as officials reportedly think giving them UK security would be too much of a political risk

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly angry  Catherine Princess of Wales's sister, Pippa Middleton, was given permission to improve security around her home. The 42-year-old, her husband, hedge fund manager James Matthews, 50, and their three children live at Barton Court, a £16.75million,  145 acre estate  in Berkshire. The Sussexes are said to think that this is a "double standard", as civil servants from the Home Office, the Cabinet Office and the Foreign Office are reportedly opposed to granting the couple taxpayer-funded protection whenever they are in the UK because it would carry too much political risk. 

"There are implications for my family, due to their high public profile, which means there is a need for a higher level of security than would otherwise be the case if the circumstances were different," Matthews said, according to Sky News  "Therefore, to improve security for my family, before we moved in, I arranged for an electric security gate to be erected on the drive." Days before attending the Archbishop of Canterbury's enthronement, William for the first time confirmed his wish to forge 'a strong and meaningful bond with the Church and its leadership'.

While the British monarch is required to be an Anglican to serve as the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, other members of the Firm are not bound to a particular religion.

Harry and Meghan 'snubbed' by Jordan's royal family: King Abdullah and his eldest son - who have close relationship to Charles and William - swerve meeting with Sussexes

 The Duke and  have been seemingly snubbed by the King and Crown Prince of Jordan during their whistle-stop pseudo-royal tour of the Middle East.

Harry and Meghan landed in the capital, Amman, late on Tuesday night for a royal-style tour and within hours  began series of humanitarian visits to various charity organization providing countless photo opportunities.

This included an event at the British Ambassador’s residence with World Health Organization officials and Embassy staff yesterday that has been branded ‘entirely inappropriate’ by critics.

 

And today the Sussex’s visited a rehab centre in Amman, where the   opted for high-street style over haute couture, Wearing a  £109 jacket from Zara.

The current king of Jordan, Abdullah II, has strong ties to the British  Royal Family   and is close to King Charles – having met him on an official visit to  London last year where they were pictured warmly greeting each other.

Their relationship is so close that King Abdullah and his wife  Queen Rania were special VVIP guests at the coronation. Queen Rania also had several meetings with  Queen Camilla to discuss women’s issues.

 Crown Prince Hussein is also friends with  Prince William spending time together in recent years in Britain and  Jordan, from watching football together to a joint visit to a RAF base. The Prince and   Prince of Wales, who were at a community event in Llanidloes, Wales, together this afternoon, also attended Hussein's wedding in 2023.

But despite Harry and Meghan being in Amman, a source in Jordan told the Daily Mail: 'There is no meeting scheduled between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Jordanian Royal Family.                               ’ 

The only member of the Jordanian Royal Family whom Harry and Meghan met briefly was Princess Basma Bint Talal, an aunt of the current King, during a visit to a venture  run by the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development.
